Efficient Processing of Oil Containing Process Water and Spent Emulsions

H2O (Germany) a market leader for energy saving vacuum distillation systems, has been granted the patent for the innovative ClearCat® technology by the European patent office.It allows processing of oil containing process waste water and spent emulsions in one process step. Quality of processed water allows disposal into public sewer system in almost all cases. In addition the clean water can be reused in the work shop to create a zero liquid discharge production. Cost intensive and space consuming additional process steps are required to achieve the same result, without ClearCat®-technology. Thanks to big financial advantages for the user, over 50% of the VACUDEST® vacuum distillation systems sold by H2O are equipped with the ClearCat® technology.
