SKF (UK) has signed a global agreement with Nordex, a leading developer and manufacturer of wind turbines, for the delivery of mainshaft bearings, and lubrication systems to the Nordex wind turbines to be assembled and erected on a global basis.

“We are very pleased to extend our partnership with Nordex with the signing of the global agreement, further strengthening the strategic partnership between the two companies. SKF continues to support Nordex with our global manufacturing footprint and engineering support, enabling our customer to reach increased supply chain efficiency,” says Henrik Lange, President SKF Industrial Market, Strategic Industries.

“SKF as a supplier with global footprint perfectly fits our requirements for longterm strategic suppliers to Nordex. We really appreciate SKF’s experience and their engineering and simulation capabilities in the field of these crucial components of the Nordex windturbines, which are known in the market as being extremely reliable,” says Lars Rytter, Chief Procurement Officer Nordex.
