Ocean Energy Solutions Exhibited at All-Energy Show

SKF (UK), the knowledge engineering company, will be exhibiting a series of ocean energy solutions including bearings, seals, lubrication systems and mechatronics at the All-Energy Exhibition and Conference in Aberdeen on 22 and 23 May 2013. SKF has been consistently and successfully developing a series of innovations to boost renewable energy efficiency for decades and its latest solutions will meet with a receptive audience at the UK’s largest renewable energy event, which takes place in ‘Europe’s Energy City’.

Among the products on the SKF stand will be solutions for the efficient and reliable harnessing of tidal energy, such as SKF High Endurance Slewing Bearings, with enhanced sealing capabilities and redesigned internal geometry to offer increased resistance to harsh environmental conditions. SKF will also be displaying linear actuation systems with load capacity suitable for blade pitch systems on tidal turbines. Along with SKF MultiLube automatic lubrication systems, they will display SKF @ptitude Monitoring Suite and SKF Multilog On-line System IMx-C condition monitoring solution.
