ERG (Air Pollution Control) Ltd, a leading specialist in industrial emissions abatement, has been appointed exclusive agent for Yurcent Environmental Technology’s advanced third-generation Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) systems across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.
The strategic partnership brings together ERG’s extensive regional expertise with Yurcent’s globally proven RTO technology, delivering high-performance solutions to meet increasingly stringent VOC and hazardous air pollutant (HAP) regulations across the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and manufacturing sectors.
Yurcent’s third-generation rotary valve RTO achieves VOC destruction efficiencies of up to 99.5% and heat recovery efficiencies of up to 97%. With more than 1,000 systems installed worldwide—including in highly demanding applications such as fine chemicals, coatings and automotive component manufacturing—the technology has demonstrated exceptional reliability. This is achieved through simplified, continuously rotating valve mechanisms combined with advanced digital safety and control systems.
