ERG and Neev launch joint venture for odour and air pollution control projects across India and Asia

19 Feb, 2026

ERG (Air Pollution Control) Ltd has announced the formation of a new strategic joint venture with Neev Fluidex Pvt. Ltd to deliver advanced odour control and air pollution systems throughout India and wider Asia.

The new company, ERG Neev, brings together ERG’s extensive expertise in the design and supply of odour control, VOC abatement and gas scrubbing systems with Neev’s strong local engineering capabilities and comprehensive project delivery and service support.

Serving sectors including municipal wastewater treatment, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, metals, and energy, ERG Neev will offer a complete portfolio of locally engineered solutions. These include bio-trickling filters, carbon filtration systems, packed tower scrubbers, and the V-tex® high-performance wet scrubber.

Prior to establishing ERG Neev, the two companies collaborated on several odour control installations in the Mumbai region, notably at the Bandra Wastewater Treatment Facility. These successful projects demonstrated the strength of combining ERG’s proven technologies with Neev’s local engineering knowledge and responsive service support. The performance and reliability achieved through these partnerships laid the groundwork for the new joint venture.

James Scott-Bowden, Chairman and Business Development Director at ERG, commented:

“Building on our experience and reputation in the region, the creation of ERG Neev enables us to support customers more directly through local supply, installation and aftersales service. This is essential to ensuring long-term reliability and regulatory compliance.”

Krina Dossani, Director at Neev Fluidex, added:

“As air quality standards continue to tighten, this important new joint venture allows us to combine proven international technologies with responsive local expertise. Our partnership with ERG significantly strengthens the comprehensive solutions we provide to clients.”

The announcement follows ERG’s recent agreement with Yurcent Environmental Technology to act as exclusive agent and partner for its advanced third-generation Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) systems across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.
