CRCS - Continuous Release Cartridge System Keeping Kitchen Drains Free Flowing and Odourless

QM Environmental Services is presenting the new CRCS-system which is designed to keep commercial kitchen drains free from odours and clogging. This automated cartridge delivery system contains a water based suspension of preselected, adapted microorganisms used to treat fats, oils, and greases (FOG) in drain lines of food service establishments. This product consumes the regular build-up of FOG with a by-product of water and carbon dioxide in order to keep drains, drain lines and traps free flowing and to reduce odours.

CRCS is designed for the use in commercial (fast food, restaurant) kitchen drains to remove and prevent build-up of FOG and increases the flow of used water while eliminating the need for the use of harsh chemicals to unclog drains. CRCS also reduces the need for emergency services to unclog drain through hydro-jetting. The contents of each cartridge, when injected using the automated dispenser, treats drains receiving the waste generated by up to 750 meals per day. Each dosing system (cartridge and dispenser) is programmable, but it is typically set up for a 30-day release schedule. CRCS reduces the overall drain maintenance costs and also helps prevent grease traps from clogging.
