BIOFILL is a high efficiency plastic media used for attached growth in bacteria beds and combined biological treatment processes (trickling filter, submerged attached growth processes). BIOFILL is produced from polymers with high mechanical features and high resistance to chemical, physical and biological agents that could come in contact. BIOFILL is available is 3 different forms. BIOFILL products assure a long time contact between water and biomass due to its large specific surface and its special design; therefore it assures an efficient removal of BOD and COD.
