FILTRATEC (Germany) has to launched a new mobile filter press. This is the completely restored Press No. 20, a mobile membrane filter press with an output chamber volume of 1.3 m³.

In constructing the new mobile plant completely, novel ideas have been implemented. Initially the filter press itself was not placed in the middle of the trailer but placed to one side. For this reason a new trailer with an “intelligent” chassis was necessary to compensate the uneven weight distribution with the help of a modern air suspension. As a result the operators benefit from an increased ease of movement at the operating-side of the filter press.

The new filter press is constructed for the super-mobile operations and carries the all base equipment for cleaning operations. The client benefits from rapid installation and reduced transportation costs. Therefore this plant is well prepared for missions far away from the home base. Following this the first destination is located abroad.
