VOC abatement solution for coated film laminate specialist

Neschen Coating UK of Basildon, Essex has selected AirProtekt (UK), to supply turnkey VOC abatement equipment for two solvent based film coating Pagendarm & Harnden presses.

The coated film laminates produced at the Basildon facility are used by the printing and graphics industry for protecting and enhancing large-format images, photographs and digital prints under the Neschen and SEAL brand names.

AirProtekt’s complete VOC abatement solution for the Essex business graphics company, featured a Honeycat ® catalytic oxidation system tailored by AirProtekt’s engineering team to efficiently deal with the relevant UK VOC emission legislation for a film laminate coating process that handles varying mixtures and concentration of solvents.

To minimise downtime, the compact Honeycat ® catalytic oxidation system AirProtekt supplied featured a skid mounted design for quick easy installation. The whole plant arrived at site preassembled making it a simple case of offloading the equipment and connecting the utilities.
