Thanks to the know-how of the precise and optimum turnkey dosing systems gained over decades, sera’s (Germany) engineers have managed to get a new, standardized dosing system ready for production – the sera CVD (Compact Vertical Dosing System). This system not only impresses with its suitability for many different dosing applications but sets new standards regarding efficiency, operating reliability and short-term availability.

The objective was to offer a well-engineered product that combines a maximum of application-technological flexibility and adaptability while providing the economic benefits of a standardized mass product.

This could be realised with an all modular design of the dosing system. This system makes it possible to customize the functions of the systems to individual customer demands and dosing requirements using only standardized components. A number of optional and also standardized accessories contribute their part. By providing safety upgrades such as collecting basins, splash guards, leakage sensors or a diaphragm rupture indication, the systems ensure an optimum protection with regard to the environment, operating safety and occupational safety.
