ARS aerators represent a very flexible and versatile aeration and mixing system to be applied in aerobic-fermentation tanks used in the following fields: food, pharmaceutical field as well as iron removal in potable water treatment plants. These machines are suitable for any kind of tanks, to help fermentation or oxidation and are different from other similar systems thanks to their high performance in terms of oxygen transfer and mixing level. Since such machines work on the bottom of the tank, they allow a total aeration of the liquid to be achieved as well as a dead zone forming to be avoided. They are moreover easy and quick to install; the installation consists of the positioning of a junction plate onto the bottom of the tank by inserting a specially provided gasket. Our wide range of products being totally made in Italy and consisting of stainless steel AISI 316 is able to give customers a range of power from 1.5 to 80 kW.
