Increasingly governments around the world are requiring the cleanup of polluted sites including municipal, chemical plant and oil refinery storage lagoons, lakes, river bottoms and shipping channels. The clean ups involve the dredging of the polluted solids with large quantities of water. The water and solids then need to be separated with the clean water recycled. Flow rates can be huge.

Kyte Centrifuge (USA) has the ability of converting side mounted decanter centrifuges into truck mounted top driven designs. Note the pictures of two large decanters operating on dredging material from a municipal lagoon. Flow rates to each decanter pictured can be as high as 70 M3 per hour. Other models can approach 110 M3 per hour.

Decanter centrifuges from Kyte Centrifuge are reconditioned with new Allen Bradley controls using new ABB VFD drive systems. Full warranties are included along with start up services. Pricing and shipment times are attractive. Models available include decanters from Alfa Laval, Westfalia, Sharples, Bird/Andritz, Pieralisi, Flottweg, Broadbent, IHI and other companies. The exact models available change regularly.
