AC-Series Ozone Generator from IN USA Produces High Ozone Concentrations in a Compact Package

The new The AC Series Ozone Generator from IN USA Corp. provides silent corona discharge ozone generating technology in a very compact package. This industrial-grade ozone generator is based on a proprietary ceramic plate technology capable of producing very high concentrations of ozone. The AC Series generator is a state-of-the-art silent discharge ozone generating system specifically designed for several industrial applications including bottled water, USP and UPW water, food storage and processing, water recycling, grain treatment, and more.

A single AC series Ozone generator can produce more than 80 g/hr or 4.5 lbs/day of ozone with concentrations in excess of 200 g/Nm3 or 14% w/w. Multiple AC series generators can be stacked in a rack system producing over 300 g/hr or 13 lbs/day. It is the most compact ozone generator in its class, producing the highest ozone concentration on the market.

AC series ozone generators are air cooled and require no cooling water. The built-in forced air cooling system is designed to efficiently circulate air through the system to cool the ozone generating cell and the power supply. Unlike most other generators on the market, the AC series generators run on single phase 110 Volts power and are designed with a built-in Power Factor Correction to minimize utility bills. The only maintenance required is the periodic replacement of the modular air filters. This unique power factor correction and the fact it is air cooled makes the AC generator the lowest cost of ownership unit on the market in its class. These units are available in three different sizes of 25, 45 and 80 gr/hr. It is available in a 19 inch rack-mount enclosure or a rugged wall-mount stainless steel splash-proof enclosure designed for harsh and demanding industrial environments.
