H2O Support Services achieves ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations  

Specialist provider of sewer and drainage maintenance and rehabilitation services, H2O Support Services (an i3 Group company) has announced today that it has achieved both ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations for its quality management and environmental management systems. These accreditations will help to ensure that customer projects are delivered correctly first time, every time.

H2O Support Services was launched in May last year when the i3 Group acquired Cyclops Environmental Services Ltd. Since then the firm has developed an advanced sewer and drainage rehabilitation service portfolio to help companies that own pipelines, such as utility and water companies, to reduce operational costs by using techniques such as CCTV surveys and advanced UV relining techniques to maintain their pipelines instead of more traditional methods.

Commenting on the accreditation, John Bookless, managing director of H2O Support Services said: “Water and utility companies demand very high quality standards in waste, spillage and pollution control.
