A newly designed website for Bioscience (USA) provides solutions to waste treatment problems using microbial products. The user clicks on one of the 11 specific categories, from municipal wastewater treatment through agricultural applications, then on a particular problem within that category such as “filamentous bacteria / poor settling” or “soil conditioning”. A recommended microbial product solution appears.
Information is provided on over 75 common waste treatment problems. For more detailed recommendations, the site provides a problem description form for automatic forwarding to a Bioscience technical representative.
The streamlined site also contains information about Bioscience analytical instruments and test kits for wastewater monitoring and management, plus descriptions of auxiliary products such as BTX self-contained biotreaters.
