Satisfied solar panel customers have given a renewable energy company top marks for service for the fourth year running in an independent survey. 

Solarlec (UK), which has offices in Lancashire, Cumbria and Devon with energy advisors and installation teams nationwide, has been awarded a 98% customer satisfaction rating in an independent survey carried out by iwa.biz, the Independent Warranty Association which provides solar panel customers with deposit protection and insurance schemes. 

The association routinely quizzes customers on how they rate the service they received from solar panel companies - and it has emerged that Solarlec serviced hundreds of happy customers over the past 12 months. 

This latest official rating sees Solarlec maintain its high level of customer satisfaction for the fourth consecutive year, after scoring a 99% rating for 2010 and 98% for both 2011 and 2012. 

Set up in 2009, Solarlec supplies hundreds of solar PV systems and other types of renewable energy to homes and businesses up and down the UK. 

Sarah Wallis from the Independent Warranty Assocation, iwa.biz, said: "Congratulations to Solarlec and their staff for achieving his rating - we will continue to promote the company via our customers' helpline with confidence, relaying the high achievement percentage to potential customers."
