4Eco (UK), designer and manufacturer of surplus PV energy controllers, was delighted with the success of Ecobuild 2013 earlier this month.

More than 500 people visited the Lincolnshire firm at the show; including top supermarkets, renewable energy specialists and public sector bodies.

“Exhibiting at Ecobuild could not have been more successful,” said Business Development Director, Jodi Huggett. “We were overwhelmed by the number and range of businesses that dropped by to talk about our products at the show.

“The immerSUN is by far the most advanced, reliable and cost effective system on the market and it was wonderful to be able to showcase it at Ecobuild. Not only did we make a number of new contacts, but we were also delighted to take home a catalogue of potential orders going forward.”

Developed for both commercial and domestic installations, the immerSUN has been specifically designed with ease of installation and use, cost savings and efficient energy management in mind.

Once installed, the immerSUN will reduce an average household’s energy bill by around £250 per year, by diverting electricity generated by PV panels directly to the immersion heater. Without the immerSUN, the electricity would be exported to the grid, rather than beused to heat water.

Since the introduction of the immerSUN in 2012, 4Eco has manufactured and supplied over 4,000 units nationwide.
