Johnson Screens Announces Acquisition of Martint Environmental

Johnson Screens (USA) company, announce the acquisition of Martint Environmental of Lexington, South Carolina, USA.

Martint Environmental, established in 1998, started with a vision to build better equipment for fluid treatment and processing in industries such as textiles, food and beverage, wastewater, pulp and paper, mining, power, and oil and gas. Building upon this vision, Johnson Screens looks forward to expanding on our existing presence in these industries.

Martint Environmental’s product line includes filter presses, clarifiers, dredging and other liquid/solid separation equipment, as well as extensive field experience and processing knowledge.

Johnson Screens’ and Martint Environmental’s combined experience and capabilities will optimize existing technologies while developing new technologies for existing and future customers by combining Johnson Screens’ static screening capabilities with Martint Environmental’s processing equipment.
