Venue, event and corporate cleaning specialist Ryans Cleaning (UK) has been chosen to provide the cleaning services for one of the UK’s largest outdoor markets.
The market, which is held at North Weald Airfield in Epping, Essex, regularly attracts crowds estimated to be in excess of 10,000 and up to 20,000 on a weekly basis and is reputed to be the largest of its type in Britain.
The regular Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday Market is held on the former Battle of Britain airfield with historic links to WW1 and is still an active airfield to this day.
The market is run by Hughmark Continental, one of the country's leading market management experts with experience in markets, logistics and stallholder support. Hughmark Continental and Ryans Cleaning have entered into a five-year agreement.
David Chell, managing director at Ryans Cleaning, said: “This is the type of event we know well, and we will be looking to recruit local staff in the coming weeks to make sure we have more than enough resource.”
Ryans Cleaning services the requirements of fixed venues, international events, trade shows and exhibitions as well as commercial, office and industrial premises in the UK and Ireland.
Ryans Cleaning has provided services to the London 2012 Olympics including BT London Live, the Queen’s Jubilee in Hyde Park and the British Formula 1 Grand Prix at Silverstone.
