EnviroChemie (Germany) has completed development of its new Split-O-Mat
series. These systems are based on the proven physico-chemical treatment
process of precipitation, flocculation and filtration using highly effective flocculation agents.
The focus of development was on flexible use, reliable operation, low
operating costs and maximising service life. The plants are equipped with a network module so that we can support our customers all over the world when it comes to maintenance, plant optimisation and resolving faults.
We have also redeveloped the Split-O-Mat visualisation software which runs on a newly launched Asic touch panel user interface and a Siemens CPU.
Previous series of the new plant types are firmly established in the metal surface, dye and paint industries. The modular design facilitates expansion, allowing users to adapt to growing or changing operational requirements.
The plants can be fitted with detoxification modules and are suitable for treating inorganic or chemically contaminated wastewater, as well
as for pre-treating highly contaminated organic wastewater.
