BiOWiSH™ from Biowish Technologies is a revolutionary, totally natural, live enzyme comprising three beneficial bacteria and two yeasts acting in symbiosis to create a wide range of enzymes including the proprietary protein “Super Catalase”. BiOWiSH™ has four core capabilities which are deployed across its many applications. These are anti-microbial, anti-fungal, toxin neutralisation and the ability to degrade and digest non-living organic matter.

BiOWiSH™ significantly accelerates the biological treatment process in a WWTP due to its high-speed enzymatic action that replaces the role of a traditional biomass. The resultant rapid removal of organic waste reduces energy required for aeration, reduces final biosolids and reduces the need for chemical usage, thereby offering significant cost savings. BiOWiSH™ also offers the potential to increase plant capacity and reduces odour emissions.   In a recent trial BiOWiSH™ shows reductions of 76% in COD and 89% in suspended solids, this being achieved within a four hour period in a static pre-ferment, without aeration. Phosphorous levels were reduced by 81% and total Nitrogen shoed a 52% reduction.
