Renewal of Anaconda Range of Products

Recently, Toro Equipment (Spain) has redesigned its Anaconda range of products enabling to improve significantly the separation performance. These extremely competitive units are now more compact, faster to install and easier for maintenance.

The picture represents a sample of a dissolved air flotation system Anaconda FRC-5 after redesigning. This model is used for physical-chemical treatment and is able to treat a 5 m3/h flow rate.

These kind of products offer many advantages including: High-resistance chemical and mechanical resins (made of fibreglass reinforced plastic), Solid removal performance levels of up to 99%, Accessibility and safety and Optional construction materials upon request.

They can be used in many applications: Pre-treatment (In urban and industrial wastewater (in urban wastewater oild and grease reduction of up to 60% of pollution load), Drinking and industrial process water), Physical-chemical (In urban wastewater, performance depends on application, volume and type of prior homogenisation, In industrial water (such as solid-liquid separators): slaughterhouses, dairy water, paper mills, precooked products, bio fuels etc.), Sludge thickening (see also the Sludgeway brand) and Grease separator (see also the Flatfot brand)
