NOV® MONO® Exhibits the Ezstrip™ Range for First Time at IFAT 2010

NOV® Mono®, Europe’s leading designer and manufacturer of pumps, parts, Munchers®, screens and packaged systems, will be exhibiting its full range of EZstrip™ pumps for the first time at IFAT 2010, giving visitors to the show the opportunity to see these innovative pumps first hand.

Taking centre stage will be Mono’s EZstripTM maintain-in-place pumps. The biggest leap forward in progressing cavity (PC) pump design for 30 years, the EZstripTM and the EZstripTM Cake pump have been specifically developed by Mono to provide a quick and easy way to disassemble, de-rag and maintain a PC pump in-situ, eliminating the costly maintenance and down time that servicing can often cause.

In addition, Mono will also be promoting the latest model to its successful TR Muncher® range, the CT201 TR Muncher® which has been designed to meet on-site tanker discharge requirements and sludge/fat processing, by protecting downstream equipment from blockages, while allowing quick and easy inspection and maintenance.

Mono will also be exhibiting its Mono Universal Parts, a range of competitively priced, high performance, durable parts that offer cost effective alternatives to other branded PC pump parts. Parts in the range attract the same warranties and guarantees as parts for Mono’s own progressing cavity pumps, and they have been designed to be used in seepex®, Netzsch®, PCM, Allweiler, Robbins & Myers, Bornemann and Orbit pumps.

Nichola Somerville, marketing manager at Mono, commented: “Spiraling maintenance costs continue to be a real issue for the industry, so to ensure plants continually improve their processes and control costs, engineers must be fully up to speed with the latest product developments so they can consider all the options open to them.

“The correct pump part or system, which offers engineers a reliable and cost effective solution, can play a key role in a plant considerably improving maintenance downtime and whole life costs. Mono has developed a range of pumps, parts and grinders specifically designed and manufactured with this in mind.

“IFAT provides an ideal opportunity for us to bring these high performance products direct to the customers that could benefit from them most.”
