Mobile Sludge Treatment on a High Level

The requirements for the mobile sludge treatment have changed enormously during recent years. In particular; safety regulations, e. g. the ATEX-guideline, for the chemical and petrochemical industry have become much more complex.

The technical demands on the equipment employed in this area is far more advanced than the standard some years ago. FILTRATEC Mobile Schlammentwässerung GmbH faces these changes and challenges, and concentrates on the mobile and stationary treatment of sludges from industrial sources. For safe and efficient treatment FILTRATEC offers a large range of dewatering units and auxiliary equipment, including:

- Chamber and membrane filter presses with chamber volumes from 0,6 to 6,4 m³

- 2- and 3-phase decanters

- Mobile gastight 3-phase decanter units according to the ATEX guideline

- Tanks and mixing holders from 10 to 44 m³, made from high-grade-steel

- Screening units

- Cutter head suction dredgers

For the preparation of each assignment FILTRATEC operates a laboratory - including a MOBILE LAB - in order to reach the most efficient degradation of dewatering resp. solid-liquid-separation.

You can hire FILTRATEC for one-off-contracts, regular or stationary assignments all over Europe. FILTRATEC employs about 150 staff members and follows safety management according to SCC**:2006.
