Soil Remediation Specialists Reports Record Year

Nelson Environmental Remediation (“NER”, Canada) reports a record year of contaminated soil remediation via their Mobile, Thermal Soil Remediation (MTSR) technology. “We have completed our single largest run of soil treatment with a major Canadian oil & gas client recently, being awarded Prime Contractor status on what was in excess of 100,000 tonnes of material remediation”, said Darryl Nelson, President and CEO of NER. In addition, NER has been awarded a contract in the Province of Saskatchewan, bringing NER back to the region after a 9-year hiatus. “It is very encouraging for our business to receive substantial support from both the Province of Saskatchewan and more-recently, the Province of British Columbia in employing our technology”, said Darryl. “We have additional plans for authorizations in both Quebec and Ontario this year, rounding out our capability to complete projects Canada-wide. From an equipment standpoint, we have finished our proprietary Ambient Desorption Unit (ADU) and, will bring on-line our 3rd thermal desorption system later this fall”. During fiscal 2010, NER is poised to have a record year of revenues and project completion successes, now in its 16th year of business. As a result of this continued growth NER are also looking to expand and open up European office in France.
