Stephen T. Washburn, CEO of ENVIRON Holdings, Inc., has announced the appointment of José Fernandez as President of the firm’s European Division and Alan Dow as European Division Operations Director. As President, Mr Fernandez will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, development and strategic focus of the European Division. Mr Dow will be responsible for the day-to-day operations management, and will serve as Chair of the European Management Group.
