Stainless Steel Wastewater Air Valves

Val-Matic Valve & Mfg. Corp. (USA) offers all-stainless steel wastewater air valves in sizes 1”- 4” for single housing and sizes 1”- 8” for dual housing. The thinner valve wall allows for lightweight design and a reduced weight of 20-25% from our standard cast iron bodies. The Val-Matic stainless steel wastewater air valve is provided with Buna-N resilient seating and Type 316 stainless steel body, trim, and float for protection against corrosion. The valve design provides ease of maintenance and years of trouble-free operation in the harshest conditions, including: grit and sewage service, desalinisation, and mining and leaching applications.

Val-Matic Stainless Steel Air Valves are produced in strict compliance with AWWA C512 Standards and are manufactured under a certified ISO 9001 quality system. All floats are unconditionally guaranteed for the life of the valve from corrosion, collapse or leakage.
